How to assemble system information for Technical Support
Applies To RealFlight Drone Answer To assemble system information for our technical support personnel, do the following: For RealFlight G2, G2 Lite, NexSTAR and RealRace G2
For RealFlight G3, G4, G5, RF6, RF7 and RF Drone
Note 1: Please do NOT use dxdiag (Directx diagnostics) to send us the system information. Occasionally users will supply us with the information files generated by Microsoft’s DXDIAG program. In many applications, this information provides the software manufacturers with the necessary information. This is not the case with our software. The file generated by the Assemble System Information button provides additional information about the software installation and settings. Note 2: Privacy Notice. The file that is sent to our support personnel contains information about your hardware and software installation and settings. This information assists us in diagnosing and resolving difficulties that may arise when using one of our products. Prior to sending this file it is possible to view the exact contents by looking at the c:\cpanelout.txt file in a text editing program such as Word or Notepad. Please note that you are NOT required to send any of this information in order to register or use our products. Additionally, this information is kept confidential and is used to resolve any difficulties, etc. which might arise. It is not distributed or shared with any other companies.
