Serial appears as all zeros for the Wireless Interface.

RealFlight 7.5 with Wireless Interface

Summary

Once installed, RealFlight requires the R7 serial number to be entered.  The wireless interface should appear automatically.  Some users may see all zeros for their wireless interface serial number.

Resolution

You will need to download and run a new RealFlight Launcher that will successfully read the correct serial number from the wireless interface.

setup.exe - Download this file and save it to a location you can easily find.

Administrator access is required to run this setup.exe file.  You may see the following User Account Control window appear asking for permission to run the file.  Please click "Yes".
